Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping prices.

Order Tracking

Shipping Issues

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
